She took a lot of trouble showing me all the different neighborhoods within the Bay area, since, as an out of state buyer, I was not familiar with towns other than Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Nargis is able to assess the merits of a property very quickly. She gently guided me away from an Eichler I had fallen in love with when she noticed water stains in the walls which had been painted over. With her keen detecting ability, she knew light stains pointed to leaks. She could tell immediately if a floor had a slight slope to it, things that completely escaped me. She just knows when the bones of a house are good, and she is relentless in her quest to get you into the best property. Nargis wants to get you the best house at the lowest possible price and she will fight tooth and nail to make this happen. I would never want to be in this market without her!
